About Jessica McClain, LCSW

Online Therapist for Teens, Young Adults & Families in Texas

Hi, I’m Jessica McClain—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering online therapy for teens, young adults, and families across Texas. I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health support to clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.

With a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Baylor University and years of clinical experience, I’m passionate about helping adolescents and young adults feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether you're seeking support for a high school student facing anxiety, a college student adjusting to adulthood, or a person struggling with trauma or burnout—I'm here to help.

My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, collaborative, and always personalized. I use tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based strategies to help clients gain insight, build self-confidence, and develop real-life coping skills.

As a virtual therapist in Texas, I work with clients from all over the state—whether you're in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, or a smaller town. Telehealth therapy allows you to get the support you need in a way that fits your schedule and lifestyle.

I became a therapist because of my own journey with mental health and the incredible support I received during challenging times. Now, I’m honored to offer that same care to others—especially teens and young adults—who are walking through their own hard seasons.

When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me reading a good book, experimenting with new recipes, or chasing after my two little ones and enjoying life with my husband.
