Welcome! I’m Jessica

Hi! I’m Jessica McClain, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, and I offer virtual therapy to clients all across the state. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Baylor University, and I’m passionate about walking alongside teens and young adults as they navigate life’s ups and downs.

I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and big life transitions. In our work together, I use practical, evidence-based approaches—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to help you gain insight, build confidence, and develop tools that really work in your daily life.

My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, collaborative, and centered around you. I want you to feel safe, seen, and in control of the process. I truly believe that therapy works best when it’s a space where you can show up just as you are, without pressure or judgment.

I became a therapist because of my own journey with mental health and the incredible support I received. Now, I feel honored to offer that same support to others and their families as they move through hard seasons.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me reading a good book, trying a new recipe, or enjoying the chaos and joy of life with my husband and our two children.
